Eric Kuzuian
President

Eric Kuzuian has been an innovator in the real estate industry for over a decade. A true entrepreneur, he opened his own brokerage in only his second year and brought new perspective to the Toronto marketplace. One year later Eric become the President and Broker of Record of PSR Brokerage Ltd., Toronto’s first hybrid of New Sale + Resale brokerage . His new mandate was simple: introduce realtors and clients to an independent brand driven to offer premier real estate services, while specializing in sales and marketing new development projects. His keen understanding of real estate and marketing transformed the firm from 6 realtors to a company of over 150 agents and staff. In just nine years, he grew PSR into the industry-leading brand and premium boutique brokerage it is today. Eric’s overwhelming success speaks for itself, successfully outperforming the Toronto real estate market year after year. He has represented over 16 developers and 30 projects in the past 10 years, resulting in the sale of nearly 7,000 condo units and sold over $6 billion of real estate in the past six years alone. Eric recently parted ways with PSR brokerage Ltd. and is now committed to growing Kuzuian’s New Development sales and marketing.

JAMIE SARNER
Director of Business Development & Operations

Throughout his 19 years in the industry, Jamie has established his credentials as a first-class real estate professional. From his first transaction of a condo in Yorkville in 2003, and countless successful real estate transactions since, he has won the praise of every client for his in-depth knowledge and excellence in service. Working alongside some of Toronto’s top agents and development companies has also given Jamie the unique opportunity to learn from the best. The exposure he received from the residential market in the city core provided an unparalleled opportunity to develop a keen insight into all the challenges and opportunities of helping resale clients and developers meet their real estate goals. Setting out on his own in 2008, only months before the financial recession, he was determined to deliver a new standard of excellence for which he is now known. Today, Jamie has the distinction of developing relationships with many of Toronto’s most esteemed developers, inclusive of One Bloor Street West by Mizrahi Developments & Norman Foster. He is also renowned for opening his last company’s Uptown office which outperformed their pro-forma in record time. As someone who has lived his whole life in Central Toronto, Jamie knows the city inside and out with a deep understanding of the areas on which he focuses his time and efforts. In October 2018, Jamie established Kuzuian Real Estate with Eric Kuzuian & Corrie Hain.

CORRIE HAIN
Director of Client Relations

Corrie Hain celebrates over 20 years in the Real Estate industry focused primarily on condominium sales. She is so condo-centric that she managed to purchase her first pre-construction suite from builder’s plans at the age of 24. Corrie’s extensive knowledge of Toronto’s development industry has served her clients and colleagues extremely well year after year. Corrie became a partner at PSR Brokerage Ltd. in 2015 and played a pivotal role in creating a collaborative, team-oriented culture. During her tenure, Corrie initiated and executed strategies that enabled the brokerage to achieve a growth rate that well exceeded that of its competitors. Along with Eric and Jamie, she recently parted ways with PSR to create Kuzuian Real Estate. Corrie is now more committed than ever in the unrivalled selling and marketing of this city’s most exciting developments.

ALICIA MILKS
Project Manager & Executive Assistant to the President

With almost ten years of leading Real Estate industry experience, Alicia has honed her superhuman ability to anticipate the needs of all our developers, agents and buyers. As Project Manager for Kuzuian Real Estate, Alicia oversees and manages all developer relations and new development operations, including sales and administration management, project marketing, launch events and rollouts, buyer and broker inquiries, and sales centre staffing. Alicia is also consistently the preferred liaison to project lawyers due to her in-depth knowledge and experience with new condominium development contracts.

Not only has she been involved in an excess of 3,000 pre-construction condominiums, leading to 2.5 billion in sales over 4 years, she has also led a sales and administration team that has successfully sold several premiere high-rise projects in Toronto. Saraya has represented some of highest profile projects in recent years including The Art Shoppe, 150 & 155 Redpath, and Toronto’s first supertall known as “The One” at Yonge & Bloor. From every project’s inception, she has made it her personal mission to ensure success and played a major role in every part of the process. Saraya now manages and oversees pre+post-launch responsibilities of all new developments represented by the New Development Team.

Tannaz Taghizadeh

Tannaz has distinguished herself over eleven years within the Toronto Real Estate industry, having spent five years working closely with custom house builders. It takes a certain flare to find exclusive lots, guiding owners through the building process and, of course, breaking all sales records. Tannaz adds a developer’s mindset to her role as Director of Sales. Her professional skillset is further complemented by her extensive track record for growing and nurturing agent relationships, navigating purchasers though the detailed process of new development and ensuring success for all – resulting in over 5,000 pre-construction units sold to date.
